Medik8 US Help Center

You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Please allow extra time for dispatch during busy periods.

We ask to allow:
US:
Standard shipping: 5-6 working days

Canada:
Standard shipping: 6-20 working days
For orders to Canada only, if the value is $560 and over, it'll be sent with our Express delivery service. Unfortunately the time it takes for Canadian orders to clear customs is outside of our control, we apologise for any delays.

Still Need Help?
If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you're unable to find it, or if it has been more than 4 business days with no tracking updates, please send our team a message and we'll launch an investigation for you.
