US Delivery:
Standard delivery to the US is $10 USD, or FREE on orders above $60.
Excluding taxes, shipping and any discount.
2 Day Express Shipping delivery in the US is $15 flat rate.
Orders over $200 USD will require signature upon delivery
If you are a Crystal Plus or Crystal Deluxe customer, standard ground shipping is free with no minimum spend with paid goods. $5 shipping applies to all orders with free product. Note: this is for US Me&Medik8 members only.
Canada Delivery:
Delivery to Canada is $17 USD Duties & Delivery Paid
For orders to Canada only, if the value is $560 and over, it'll be sent with our Express delivery service.
As part of our delivery service to Canada, we cover your cross border fees such as taxes, customs fees and your import duties so that your import arrives at your door without additional fees to pay.
This means that you should not have any additional charges "surprises" to pay when you import and receive your parcel. Please note that whilst we act as your agent to arrange delivery and imports on your behalf, you will be the importer of the parcel we arrange to be sent to you.
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to ship to the Saskatchewan Province. We are reviewing this and hope to be able to re-open this Province in the future, and we will notify you if and when this does happen. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
How long Canadian orders take to clear customs is outside our control, so please expect possible delays.
