How do I return a product?
At Medik8, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For returns from the USA, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we simply ask that you return the product to us at least half-full within 30 days after the date tha

Are my Me&Medik8 points refunded if I make a return?
If you return all items from an order, your Me&Medik8 points will be credited back to your account. For partial returns, the points for the returned items will not be refunded.
Can I exchange my item?
