How do I return a product?Updated 2 months ago

At Medik8, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For returns from the USA, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we simply ask that you return the product to us at least half-full within 30 days after the date that you placed your order. Please note that we do charge a small return shipping fee that covers the administrative and logistical costs associated with managing the return. It will never exceed $7 USD. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount and can be seen on your return summary in the returns portal.

After receiving your return, we'll issue your due refund to your original payment method within 14 working days. You’ll receive an email notification once processed. 

Remember, if you’re returning a kit, please return the entire set. You don't need to have the original box.
