Will I lose my points or tier status during this time?

No, not at all. All of your existing points and your current tier status are still on your account and will be carried over to the new and improved Me&Medik8 program.

How can I use my reward vouchers if I can't see them in my account?

Your available reward vouchers can still be redeemed. When you proceed to the checkout, any eligible vouchers you have will automatically appear as an option for you to apply to your order.

I'm a Crystal Plus or Crystal Deluxe member. Will I still get free shipping?

Absolutely. Your free shipping benefit is unaffected and will continue to be applied automatically at checkout.

When will the new Me&Medik8 program be ready?
